Zusammenfassung: The present work of investigation (research) shows the relevancy that has the quality in the tourist service, as well as the narrow relation that exists in order that a client is satisfied of receiving the above mentioned services, which include different ways of qualifying according to the perception that the clients have. Of equal way the work of investigation (research) (qualifications) answers to the theories corresponding to the quality of tourist service and satisfaction of the client, whose bibliographical sources (fountains) reached for the development of the same one. - The aim (lens) of the investigation (research) consisted of analyzing the quality of the service and the satisfaction of the client in the principal tourist natural attractions of Cotopaxi's province. Finally the applied(hardworking) methodology was of documentary character and of field, the sample answered to a total of 383 tourists consulted on the quality of service and the satisfaction of the client with regard to the tourist natural attractions, in correspondence to the obtained answers it was possible to conclude that a great percentage of tourists agree totally in that the quality of service is a key and strategic factor in the frame of the conditions that apply for the tourism in Ecuador.
